Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
Exchanges
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be challenging. We gladly offer exchanges on any items that aren’t quite right. Please contact our customer service team at support@dazzlencloset.ca to initiate an exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
